Orders placed with Harborside Bath & Body are processed within 2-3 business days and will be shipped via standard shipping.

USA ORDERS

All US orders have flat rate standard shipping. A few Warmies® weighted items do have a small added shipping fee. See our Warmies note below!

Order online and pick up in the store!
Please note that we can only release the package to the person listed in the shipping address of your order.

Warmies

Because they are so heavy, a $1 shipping fee will be added to a few of our weightier Warmies items! $1 will be added to the flat shipping fee for each Warmies Neck Wrap or pair of Warmies Boots or Slippers ordered. We know that you have choices when mail ordering products, and we want to thank you for understanding, shopping small, and supporting a real life shop!

Special Orders

Our online shop doesn’t include all of the products that we carry in store, so if there’s something that you saw – either at the store or in a social media post – contact us and we’ll happily arrange payment and shipping for you!

Refunds

We cannot accept returns on bodycare products. If you receive a defective item or the wrong item was shipped, please contact us right away at (989) 351-7374 or email hello@harborsidebathandbody.com so we can make it right!
